The Karpman triangle (or drama triangle) is a model that describes three toxic roles we unconsciously fall into in our relationships: the Savior (who helps to feel useful), the Victim (who suffers to avoid responsibility), and the Persecutor (who criticizes to maintain control).
This 20-question test identifies your dominant role, your secondary role and your switching patterns between the three positions. Designed by a CBT psychopractitioner, it shows you how to get out of the triangle to build healthy relationships.
