Are my conversations stored?
No. Your conversations are parsed locally in your browser. Only the necessary text is transmitted encrypted for paid analysis, and it is deleted immediately after processing (Premium), or within 30 days maximum (Essential — kept so you can upgrade later). Your report then remains permanently accessible via your personal link, and the participants’ first names are kept with it.
What is the difference between Essential and Premium?
Essential includes the attachment profile, Gottman, power balance, Sternberg, love languages, cognitive distortions, key turning points, the summary, recommendations and 10 chat messages. Premium adds 5 more dimensions (10 in total: trust, intimacy, respect, humour, future plans), Young schemas, 6 additional models (NVC, DISC, Karpman, Johari, FIRO, polyvagal), signs of coercive control and violence (Walker, Duluth), a 4-phase action plan, 30 chat messages and PDF exports of both the report and the conversation.
